Who Should Apply?
Emerging Leaders:
Early-to-mid career professionals preparing for leadership roles who want to build confidence, sharpen communication skills, and expand their networks.
Executive Leaders:
Senior-level professionals, executives, or entrepreneurs seeking to strengthen executive presence, master high-stakes communication, and gain confidence using golf as a business tool. Executive Leaders based outside of Metro Atlanta will be expected to attend in-person sessions once per quarter in addition to the Executive Retreat.
General Requirements:
1. Must be at least 21 years of age
2. No prior golf experience required
3. Commitment to full participation in the 12-month program
4. Application approval required for all tiers

No. Many participants begin with little or no golf experience. The program includes etiquette, rules, and culture training, as well as on-course instruction delivered by PGA and LPGA professionals.
Perfect. You’ll strengthen your skills while focusing on how to use golf as a business tool, enhancing your executive presence, communication, and networking strategies.
Applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with program goals. Space is limited to maintain an exclusive, high-quality experience.
The Retreat is a 3-day immersive experience that combines executive presence workshops, high-level networking, and guided golf experiences with PGA/LPGA professionals. It serves as the capstone to the program.
Participants can expect to engage in:
Monthly Academy modules (self-paced, 1–2 hours per month)
Quarterly development sessions (half-day virtual or onsite)
One Executive Retreat (3 days, included for Executive Leaders; optional for Emerging Leaders)
Optional golf practice outside of scheduled sessions
No. While some sessions are held in Metro Atlanta, we welcome participants nationwide. Executive Leader participants outside Atlanta will be expected to attend in-person golf training sessions.
No. A new set of golf clubs and golf accessories are included with your enrollment in the program. Each participant receives a starter set, shipped directly to their preferred address before the on-course sessions begin. This ensures everyone starts with quality equipment and a consistent experience.
Yes. Many organizations fund participation through professional development, executive education, or ERG budgets. We provide documentation and a sponsorship request template upon acceptance.
